When you pay for products or services from Feel Good Work by credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment method, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly store your full credit card number or other sensitive payment information; however, we may retain partial payment details (such as the last four digits of your card) for transaction identification purposes.

We use platforms such as GoHighLevel to manage client communications, automated email sequences, appointment scheduling, and marketing workflows. Your contact information and interaction history may be stored and processed through these systems. 

Community Platforms:

We may use platforms such as Skool to host community discussions, courses, and member interactions. Information you share within these communities is subject to both our policies and the platform's own terms. 

Workflow Automation:

We use automation tools such as Make.com (formerly Integromat) to connect various services and streamline business processes. Data may flow between integrated applications as necessary to deliver our Services. 

Payment Processing:

We use Stripe to process payments securely. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. We do not store your complete payment card details. 

Feel Good Work does not sell, rent, lend, or give Personal Information you provide us to any third party, other than our service providers who assist us in providing our products and services to you and who need to know the information in order to provide such services. 

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools 

Feel Good Work may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools and automated systems, including platforms such as Pickaxe, custom AI assistants, and other AI-powered features, to enhance our Services and provide you with personalized guidance, recommendations, and support. 

When you interact with AI-powered features within our Services, your inputs (such as questions, prompts, or information you provide) may be processed by AI systems to generate responses and recommendations. These interactions may be logged for quality assurance, service improvement, and to provide you with better experiences over time.
